A Biased Guide: Fridge Essentials

This is not even remotely what my fridge looks like.

Partly because I keep a lot of my produce out (or I forget it’s there) and partly because while I love a good meal prep, I mostly prefer to have a range of staples I know I can use across lots of dishes. And they’re in recycled jars with the labels mostly taken off – not brand new Tupperware.

I am often sharing simple recipes for thing like salad dressings or confit garlic or things to do with preserved lemons, so I thought I would compile these all into one very biased guide about what I consider fridge essentials.

A lot of time goes into compiling posts like this one, and so this section is for paid subscribers only. If you’re interested in this sort of thing, I’d love for you to subscribe. I’m going to do one Biased Guide every month – next month’s will be on bar cart essentials.
